These terms govern participation in the Hadey Travels Global (HTG) Partner Programme. By applying, you agree to abide by them. HTG is a business of Hadey Global Services Limited (RC 7906781).
1. Eligibility & application
Anyone aged 18 or over, with an active email address and a legal right to refer clients in their country of residence, may apply. HTG reviews every application (usually within 24 hours on working days) and may approve or decline at its discretion. Approval grants you a unique HTG partner code and a dashboard login.
2. Your partner code & how referrals are tracked
Each partner receives one unique HTG code. A client is attributed to you when they reach us through your code or a link carrying it, or when they name you at the point of enquiry. Referrals are tracked in your dashboard, where you can see leads, conversions, pending commission and payout history at any time.
3. What counts as a converted referral
A referral is considered converted when the referred client has completely paid the agreed HTG service fee and the applicable refund window has closed. Leads that do not pay, chargebacks, and refunded clients do not count as conversions and earn no commission.
4. Commission & tier structure
Commission is a percentage of the HTG service charge (not the total the client pays, and never the embassy or third-party fees). Every partner starts as an HTG Standard Partner and advances automatically based on converted referrals within a calendar year:
- HTG Standard Partner — 15% — starting tier for every new partner.
- HTG Pro Partner — 20% — unlocks after 2 converted referrals.
- HTG Elite Partner — 25% — unlocks after 5 converted referrals in total.
- HTG Executive Partner — 30% — unlocks after 8 converted referrals in total, with a milestone bonus for continued performance as published on your dashboard.
Your rate at the time a referral converts is the rate that applies to that conversion. HTG may review published rates and thresholds from time to time; the current figures are always those shown on the partner landing page and your dashboard.
5. Discounts & promo codes
Where you are able to offer a client a discount, the discount is capped according to your tier and must never exceed the maximum shown when you create the code. A partner may not offer a discount on their first referral — discount eligibility begins from your second referral onward. Any discount you extend is deducted from your own commission on that client, not from HTG.
6. Payouts
Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account details on file, as soon as your tier’s terms are fulfilled. For the HTG Standard tier, your first two converted referrals are released together, once both have converted; every tier above Standard is paid as each referral converts. A minimum payout threshold may apply, as shown on your dashboard. Partners are responsible for any taxes due on commission in their own jurisdiction.
7. Partner obligations & prohibited conduct
As an HTG partner you agree to represent Hadey Travels Global honestly, to make no promise or guarantee HTG has not made (for example, guaranteeing a visa outcome), and to respect the privacy of every client you refer. The following are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate termination:
- Self-referral, fake referrals, or any attempt to manipulate tracking or conversions.
- Spam, misleading advertising, or use of the HTG name, logo or brand without permission beyond sharing your referral link.
- Collecting payment from clients on HTG’s behalf, or misrepresenting fees, timelines or services.
- Harassment of clients or HTG staff, or any unlawful conduct.
8. Suspension & termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice. HTG may suspend or terminate a partner immediately for any breach of these terms, and any commission connected to fraud, chargebacks or misrepresentation is forfeited. Commission genuinely earned but not yet paid at the time of an ordinary termination will be settled in the next scheduled payout cycle.
9. Changes to the programme
HTG may update the programme, its rates, thresholds or these terms as the business and the law require. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued participation after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts in Nigeria.
