Service terms

By engaging HTG, you agree to provide accurate information and pay agreed fees on the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Refunds

Application fees paid to embassies, universities, or third parties are non-refundable. HTG consultancy fees follow the refund schedule in your signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

Visa decisions are made by embassies. HTG is not liable for refusals based on factors outside our control.
